Østensjø Rederi AS can provide a universal fleet with Tugs, Anchor handling vessels, Platform Supply vessels and Multi Purpose vessels certified for international trade.
The Norwegian fleet are manned by Norwegian personnel. The tugs based in United Kingdom are manned by British personnel and the tug based in Ireland is manned by Irish personnel. The total number of personnel on board our vessels are 350 - 400 persons.

We are proud of the continuity and stability of the crew onboard our vessels, and are trying to keep a close connection between personnel offshore and personnel onshore.
The shipping business, always rely on highly qualified personnel and the company take the responsibility regarding training and certificating for seafarers, seriously. The company has since 1990 trained more than 200 "future seamen". We have at the moment approximately 40 trainee positions throughout the fleet, divided into all ship departments which is about 13% of the total number of employees.
We also make sure our crew always are up to date regarding international approved certification, and have a high standard of certified personnel in all departments on our ships.
